Prior to founding Performance Management, de Jong was a Regional Business Development Director and Area Vice President for Adecco, the world's largest staffing firm. Kathy has continued to utilize her extensive background as a manager of recruiters by gathering an excellent group of colleagues to provide customized service for our clients.

Performance Management's team of top talent has greatly assisted our customers by providing outstanding results in the fields of training, instructional design and organizational development consulting.

Kathy is a contract trainer and instructional designer for San Jose State University and the University of the Pacific. She has served on the board of directors for the East Bay Chapter of American Society for Training and Development and is a current board member for DPIE, a non-profit organization that fosters business and education partnerships.

Kathy holds a BA in Public Policy from Sacramento State University and a Certificate of Training and Human Resources Development from UC Berkeley. In her ten years experience as a performance specialist she has earned numerous certifications on nationally known programs such as Forum Corporation's "Achieving Service Excellence" and Decker Communication's "Effective Communication." She is an avid runner and reader and volunteers for several organizations within her community.
